What can be returned

You can return most pieces within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, as long as they are:

• Unworn, undamaged and in their original condition
• Returned with original packaging, grading reports and certificates
• Not engraved, resized by another jeweler or altered in any way

Final sale items

• Custom and made-to-order pieces
• Engraved or personalized jewelry
• Pierced earrings that have been worn, for hygiene reasons
• Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout

How to start a return

• Go to Orders in your account and choose the order, or contact our team with your order number.
• We’ll email you a prepaid, insured return label within one business day.
• Pack the piece securely in its original box and drop it off with the carrier.
• Once it arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue your refund.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your return reaches us. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days for the credit to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges & resizing

Want a different size, metal or style? Start an exchange within 30 days and we’ll ship your new piece as soon as the original is on its way back.

Rings can be resized once for free within 60 days of delivery. Some styles, like eternity bands, can’t be resized. We’ll let you know your options.
